Authority in Marriages
1 peter 2:13-14 vs 1 peter 3: 1
An employer and employee are fully important and equal but authority is needed to avoid chaos. In the same way, when God made the institution of marriage he placed authority in the home in order that it would also function well.
The Godhead-trinity is one yes but authority or the head is God the father who commands and the son administers that which the father has Commanded. The Holy Spirit brings the existence of the command, He is the power of God. Marriages should reflect the Godhead. There is divorce because marriages have lost their God given design.
